Dashboard Overview
The analytics dashboard shows key metrics at a glance:
- Total Questions - Number of questions asked in the period
- Answered - Questions the bot successfully answered
- Unanswered - Questions where the bot couldn't find relevant content
- Answer Rate - Percentage of questions successfully answered
Most Asked Questions
See the top 10 most frequently asked questions. Use this to:
- Understand what visitors care about most
- Prioritize content improvements
- Identify FAQ opportunities
Content Gap Detection
When the bot responds with "I couldn't find information about that," it's recorded as a content gap. The Content Gaps tab shows:
- Question - What the visitor asked
- Count - How many times this was asked
- Last Asked - When it was most recently asked
Use this to identify missing content on your website. When you add the content and re-scrape, mark the gap as resolved.
