Vector Embeddings (The Brain)
We split your content into "chunks" and convert them into vector embeddings using high-dimensional AI models. This creates a semantic map of your documentation. When a user asks "How do I add an API key?", we do not keyword match-we understand the meaning of their question.

Strict RAG Response Generation
This is where the magic happens. We perform Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). We find the top 3-5 relevant chunks from your own data and feed only that information to the LLM. We explicitly instruct the model: "Answer using ONLY the provided context. If the answer is not there, say you do not know." This is how we eliminate hallucinations.
